Improving the retailer brand mix at Fosse Park

Fosse Park continues to invest in new retailer brand mixes with the subdivision of Unit 3 on

Fosse Park West. This is a very exciting project which will deliver two new fantastic brands to the

centre. These brands will further enhance the fantastic retail proposition on Fosse Park.

Works to subdivide the unit will commence on Monday 20th April 2026 and the works aim to be completed by August 2026 with the new brands joining soon after completion with the aim of being open for the peak Christmas period.
