We are an accessibility friendly shopping destination with wheelchair access available throughout. There is parking available at Fosse Park North, South and West, with 89 Blue Badge parking bays available across the 3 car parks (located directly outside key stores such as M&S, Next & Primark) for easy access to your favourite stores. There are also additional marked parent and child bays in all 3 car parks.
A Changing Places facility is located on the second floor of Food Central if you require it. This is accessible either via the lift or stairs near to the Fosse Park West entrance to the building.

Modern Mobility Modern Mobility is situated next to the side entrance of our Primark store on Fosse Park North and is open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Wheelchairs and electric scooters can be booked in advance by phoning 0116 263 0600 or can be hired on the day. Identification is required.
The Fosse Park West car park contains 16 EV chargers. These are split between Tesla Superchargers and Pod Point.
You can easily make payments via the free-to-download mobile app or by contactless payment. You can download the Pod Point app via The App Store or Google Play.
Access to EV charging is currently available between 6am – midnight.
Pod point chargers are operational between 6am – midnight only.
Commercial vehicles are not permitted. This service is for shoppers, whilst onsite, only. Overnight parking and usage is not permitted.
3 hours limit per visitor.
Fosse Park has 3,100 car parking spaces and parking is free as long as you are shopping with us. For day rate parking please visit Just Park to book and pay for a space within the ASDA car park. Overnight parking on Fosse Park premises is not permitted.
Fosse Park have been awarded Park Mark’s ‘Safer Parking’ award for over ten years now, so you can always park your car in confidence at Fosse Park.
There are a number of disabled and parent & child parking bays close to the store frontages across the car park to support easier access for those who require it.
It is important to note that McDonalds, ASDA & Sainsburys operate as separate entities to Fosse Park and have their own parking restrictions. Please be aware that McDonalds enforce a 90-minute parking limit via auto number plate recognition and if you outstay this limit you will receive a fine. You can find more information about this via the signage in the McDonalds car park.
Toilets are located upstairs within Food Central and are accessible via the stairs or lift near to the entrance from Fosse Park West.
There are also baby changing facilities and a Changing Places facility should you require them.
For customers of their stores; M&S, McDonald’s, Boo, Nando’s, KFC, Costa Coffee, Thai Express & Grounded Kitchen have their own toilet facilities.
You will find cash machines at Fosse Park located outside M&S and Boots on Fosse Park North.

Bike Racks at Fosse Park are located on Fosse Park South, alongside the road opposite M&S on Fosse Park North and next to Flannels and Next on Fosse Park West.
Our play area is located between Food Central and Fosse Park West and is designed for use in good weather. The area is designed for young children of all ages with parental supervision. During inclement weather, the play area maybe closed.
